After seeing the horrors of Trump’s campaign strategies as well as victory I need to voice that this is not right. Never in his entire campaign, and life, has he acted presidential, professional, or acted at all like he cared about anyone other than the rich white male. What appalled me the most was when he made fun of the reporter and his disability. That hurt, that someone would stoop so low. I have a seizure disorder and by having my unseen disability I already feel like I need to try twice as hard to prove myself. Trump does not represent us as a nation. He is not who should be the face of America, because if he is then I don’t know what being an American means anymore. Everyone deserves liberty, justice, and the pursuit of happiness no matter their race, gender, sexual preference, religious beliefs, or how able bodied they are. To have elected a man who has said horrible things against all groups of people, it isn’t right. A president should represent all of us together, and together we must take a stand in saying this is not right. This is not who represents us or for what America stands for. So I am marching because I am a disabled woman who is screaming that this is not right and we as a nation should not be ok with the things he has said and done.
