I’m a married, lesbian mother of five children, of which none are white. Two are grown and out of the house, three are males and two are female. I have seen first hand living between CA, TX, CO & rural PA how my children are treated WITH protections in place and I am TERRIFIED for them moreso should those protections be taken from us. Twenty years ago when I first became a parent, I was one of those angry protesters with the megaphones, signs and loud voices, but two decades of psoriatic arthritis, Ehlers Danlos and chronic migranes have taken it out of me physically.
