I advocate for human rights, justice, equality, parity, environmental responsibility, fair treatment and paratransit. I thank this who are physically able to be there and speak the truth to power, and proclaim that WE, The People, are for the people in all our ages, stages, appearances and capabilities. I am a paraplegic, stricken by idiopathic transverse myelitis and use a manual wheelchair and am grateful for this way to participate. This new administration must listen to its citizenry and respond to the principles of democracy and heed the better angels of our nature.

I am a creator who uses sound, words, fiber, glass, and metal, to create poems, patterns, stories, music, ornaments, jewelry, adornments and peace whenever possible.   You can find me  at http://www.akualezlihope.com and on Ravelry and Etsy.
