I am joining the march because I cannot plan to participate in activities involving travel, crowds, and standing for a long time, and I can have severe allergic and immune reactions at any time because of a condition call Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS). I want to speak up for all of us who could be hurt when hard-won protections are lost. I am a longtime coach for adults with adhd.
