I wanted to go to Washington as activism has always been a part of my life, but my stamina is not what it used to be.  I have both rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis which leads to balance and mobility problems.  This does not stop me from armchair activism on social media and making calls and sending letters.  I have marched physically and now I march virtually in support of economic and social justice for all.  To me this includes access to affordable healthcare, living wages, education.  I focus on women’s rights, LBGT rights, black lives rights, religious rights for all including Muslims, not just for alt-right so called Christians.
