nd an allergy to sunlight keeps me indoors most of the time.

The photo was taken at sunset on the last day of our honeymoon, and I risked exposure for a minute for the photo.
After an extremely long medical fight, I finally have an appointment with a rheumatologist in July 2017 to figure out what is wrong with me (lupus is suspected, but can only be confirmed by a rheumatologist.) If the Affordable Care Act disappears, I won’t be able to afford the appointment and may never get the care I need.

I am unemployed because of my undiagnosed condition, and trapped in the house most of the time due to the sunlight allergy. Once upon a time, I was a English instructor at a college, and a reporter at a West Virginian newspaper, but all that was lost when I got sick. Now, I knit and spin yarn while waiting to see the doctor I may never get to see, if Trump has his way.
