Erica: I believe all rights are women’s rights.
Laurie Morella: I want to stand up and make sure that our new president and his government protect the rights of women, minorities, LGBT and immigrants .
Marcia: I have lived with a Traumatic Brain Injury for 19 years and I have hypersensitive hearing as well as issues with over stimulation. Attending an event such as the march would have severe impacts on my health so this movement to be inclusive of those with disabilities is very heart touching for me.
Mimi Wright: I want to support rights for women
Stephanie: Because of my severe and chronic health conditions, I am mostly housebound. I often feel as though I’m invisible. I am joining this march to stand with all of those who have ever felt unheard, unseen or marginalized. Together, we will be seen.
Xzandrya Clouse: Because women need to stand for women.
Jessica Page: The Lions of Injustice are soaring. They must be taken down ANY way possible.
Gabrielle Evans: I want to always have the ultimate decision over what happens to my body.
Tamar Sherman: I feel very strongly that Trump is not qualified to be president of the United States and he will destroy much of the progress we have made under the Obama administration. As a person who uses a wheelchair , I am afraid he will ignore the Americans with Disabilities Act which needs strengthening. He will dismantle Obamacare, leaving 20 million people without heath care.
Vasavi: I am joining the march in protest of Trump and his cohorts who have hoodwinked people into believing their lies! Trump’s administration is/will be a bunch of backward thinking, anti-democracy, anti-women and anti-human rights people!
