I want to join the March and planned to march in NY but I have arthritis in my knees and a nerve Injury in my right knee. They are acting up and this is making it difficult to walk. I want to be in the march to express my distaste for all that Trump seems to represent. I want to protest his crudeness, his racism, his bigotry, his misogyny and his lack of care for our environment.  America is great! We don’t need to make it great again. Mostly I want to do all this for the world in which my grandson will grow up. I want him to have a clean fresh water lake to swim in with his grandchildren and a future where his Hispanic heritage is not a disadvantage but an honor and where whatever he becomes is acceptable and honored as well.

I am a pediatric speech pathologist. I am in a profession that is mostly women. We treat people who are disabled and I in particular work with minority children.
