Kathleen Sheehan

I am joining the March because I want to lend my support to the movement,  and make others aware of the number of people this crisis affects.

I am a disabled 52 year old woman, trying to stay as independent as long as possible. This presidency threatens my health, my life, my independence,  my ability to access health care and assistance for daily living.  It is also an affront to my sense of equality as a person, as a woman, and my sense of justice and fairness.  This presidency threatens my security,  and normalizes the abuse of women, minorities, the disabled, the poor, and further disenfranchises the working class (formerly known as the middle class) from participating in the American dream. It threatens my financial security, and my freedom from fear.  I mourn the death of the dream that was America.
