Kay Erdwinn, MD

I am a woman. I am Lesbian. I am disabled and am insured only because of the ACA. All these identities–my integral selves–are threatened by Trump and his misogyny, homophobia, and scorn for disabled people. I am a lover of the Earth, our Mother, and try hard to walk lightly on Her. I am well-educated, and I embrace my intellect as well as my heart, spirit and body. I support anyone who wants them enjoying the same educational privileges as I have, regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, and legal or economic status. I stand for peace. Trump and his cabinet have clearly demonstrated lack of caring for anyone but the very rich white, “Christian.” The environment, the poor, the ill, and the migrant will not fare well under Trump. I am joining the March to stand for women, for the LGBT-etc. community, the Muslims, the people of color, the refugees, and the Earth. I am joining the March to say to Trump, “You are not my president. You are dangerously narcissistic, thin-skinned, unstable and hate-filled. Your beliefs and actions are evil, and I will resist them, and you.” I am joining the March because not to do so (when I now have the chance through this online virtual March) would be unconscionable.
