I’m a 47-year-old female with Rheumatoid disease, fibromyalgia, and diabetes with peripheral neuralgia. I am still recovering from my second knee replacement done a month ago. (My first total knee replacement was done in August.) Even if I was fully healed from the total knee replacement, I would not be able to march because of degeneration of my lumbar vertebrae and the muscle and joint pain from my medical conditions.

I’m joining this march because, along with me, many people I know will experience great hardship if the ACA is repealed, if cuts are made to Medicare and Social Security. I’m also a sexual assault survivor and am disturbed that someone who admits to sexual assault was still elected President.
