I join the march to call on all people to respect the dignity and independence of women who like everyone should be able to live their lives free from violence, harassment, and tyranny.

I am a retired professor of rhetoric, temporarily disabled by ankle surgery, who marched on Washington against the Vietnam War in the 6os and who greatly wished to march again this Saturday for women’s rights.
