As someone with a disability where my ability to do things changes even minute to minute, I’m unsure if I’m going to be able to attend the march or not. (Living locally, I can choose last minute.) If not, I felt it important to speak here, to represent all who are like me in one way or many. You are not alone!
As a queer, non-binary trans, disabled, non-theistic clergyperson/woman, it’s a crucial part of my religious beliefs to speak out for justice where ever injustice occurs. To join with so many others to hold our leaders accountable to the American people towards the myriad causes that affect so many women & folks of other genders… Solidarity is a powerful, life-changing thing. Social justice isn’t a partisan cause… it’s a moral imperative! It’s part of a life of integrity, and all people are called to work towards it in their every action.
