Mimi’s Moratorium on Misogyny

on
I’m joining the disability march because I want to be a part of this historic movement! I can’t walk long distances because of my health and but I can “march” in spirit! I’m marching for my daughters, granddaughters and every woman in the United States of America. I’m marching so their future will be brighter. This past election has insulted, demonized, and threatened many of us. Our communities are hurting and scared. I’m marching to send a bold message to the new administration on day one that women’s rights are human rights and we will not be silenced!
I am a retired Head Start Preschool Teacher who dedicated her career to  fighting for the best interests my community’s at-risk children and their families and making a positive difference in their lives.
