I wish I could be at the March to support the wonderful people I met while campaigning for Hillary in Youngstown, Ohio. Many of them were working so hard just to get by under an administration that was dedicated to the wellbeing of all Americans. I’m fearful that the results of this election will be catastrophic for them, and so many others.

Until I was no longer able to work, I was a geriatric dentist in the VA system. I continue to work in advocacy for decent oral care in nursing homes and for the JDRF. I have two wonderful, politically-aware daughters who will work to make the world a better place in spite of the recent election.
