I am joining the disability march because I want to be in solidarity with all of the other people marching but I cannot march. I am only 22 but I have arthritis and hyper-mobility and if I marched like others are I would be in pain for a couple weeks and likely have a few extra falls as a result. I would also have to sleep a lot after. I have to value my graduate studies more than marching because my body won’t let me do both. I care so much about this march though and am so grateful to take part virtually.

I am a Unitarian Universalist seminary student. I love to read write, and take nature photos. I believe in love and justice.
