I am virtually marching because I believe in unity and diversity – not walls and exclusion. I believe in human dignity and not laughing at others who seem different – for whatever reason. I believe we have to protect our environment. I believe in the Affordable Care Act – keep it and improve on it – don’t trash it. I believe in women’s rights – don’t turn back time as they WEREN’T the good ol’ days. I believe black lives matter and we don’t insult American icons who walked the walk.

I would like to march but have an invisible disability. A year ago I had a Takotsubo attack where the left ventricle of my heart ballooned. This can happen with surges of adrenaline so I need to limit my stress and excitement. And if anything can get my adrenaline going in a negative vein … it is the incoming administration!
