I am joining the March on Washington because I am not afraid to live up to the potential and the promise that I’ve believed in my entire life: That America truly is Home of the Brave and the Land of the Free, and that by accepting and loving the differences between individuals, we can unite together as one people. I believe in the promise that so many men and women have died for, that Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness are the noblest aspirations that one can personally achieve, and that it is our collective social responsibility to ensure that we all have the same access to tools which help achieve those dreams.
