I’ve been battling Reactive Airway Disease (or a variant of asthma) for 2 months. It makes it difficult to go outside in the cold air and I get short of breath and exhausted very easy. I have had to take tons of medications and avoid many things I enjoy. In addition to this, I’ve had chronic anxiety and depression my whole life. Without the asthma condition, participating in the march would be anxiety inducing. The doctor said I need to wait two more weeks before I can participate in any marches, but I hope I can still bring attention to marches and all the women’s causes as possible. My plan is to support as many local women owned businesses on Saturday as I can.
