I am unable to March due to Rheumatoid Arthritis.

I wish to March for all the strong women in my life and those who can before on whose shoulders I stand.

I have experienced sexism in the work place for most of my adult life.

I now experience ageism.

It is time Women to Stand Up and stop Pretending everything is ok!
