My name is Cindy Loomis-Torvi.
I am a proudly born and raised  woman from Michigan, now living Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

I am marching in spirit today for my three sons, son’s boyfriend, my daughter-in-law and her baby, who will soon make its appearance. I March in spirit for my sisters of all colors, sexual orientations, socio-economic layers, and their sons and daughters who are our future. Women are the backbone of the world. Let’s remember our steel spines and march!

Bio:
Cindy is a former pastor, book store worker, and library supervisor, who is now partially disabled from five different auto immune diseases.
In her down time, she engages in continued learning, debates, reads widely, and appreciates her multitude of ethnically diverse neighbors.
She has a Bachelor’s in American History, M.Div and a Masters in Non Profit Mgt.
She has a continuing call to be with those who are on the outside looking in, no matter where she lives.
