I would love to join the thousands of marchers in Washington, but I have mobility problems due to lupus and neurological damage.  I am participating here because I fear for the future of the disabled community under the Trump administration and Republican House and Senate. I have been fortunate to receive Social Security Disability benefits, but with this administration eliminating the ACA and  considering cuts to Social Security, I’m afraid that others who are unable to work will not get the help they need. We have to continue to advocate for the disabled, especially for those with hidden disabilities.
