I’m joining the march because I know those of us with disabilities have so much to lose with the inauguration of Donald Trump. I have dealt with multiple debilitating illnesses and rely on Social Security and Medicare to survive, as do so many others. With threats to cut programs like the Affordable Care Act, Social Security and Medicare, life could be drastically changed. It’s a scary position to be in and I want my voice to be heard even if I can’t be there physically.

I’m a single mom of two beautiful children, who are in my care full-time. I spend my days loving them and running them to activities as well as training in tae kwon do on my good days. When I’m doing well, you can find me practicing my passion of newborn photography. I hope to be well enough to have the successful business I dream of soon.
