My knee arthritis keeps me from traveling to Washington, but many friends are there and I wish I could be with them.  Trump is our President now, but I will NOT stand by and allow anyone to believe I support his racism, misogyny and narcissim.  His shoot-from-the-hip attitude scares me.  I fear for all of us, not just Americans but other global citizens who will be affected by his policies.  Speaking out about the issues is the only patriot response to the attitude of this man, who is now the leader of our country.

I have worked in higher education for the past 30 years, mostly in Information Technology.  I support causes for human rights and social justice, with compassion and tolerance for all.
