I have back problems that limit my ability to walk long distances. I want to be seen in solidarity with the all wonderful, inspirational people participating in these marches around the world. I worry about what the future holds with our new president and a majority republican congress. I want them to see that we exist and in large numbers. That we won’t allow compassion, embracing diversity and religious freedom to be set aside or dismissed. We are a nation of immigrants and better for it. All of us matter.
