i am 65 years old…have been caregiver for my partner of 26 years since she began her recovery from a TBI after an 18 wheel truck ran a red light and hit her.

it took us 4 hours to get her up and ready to go vote for hillary….she was adamant…a mail in vote would not do for her….i have submitted our photo to pantsuit nation so i could show her and let her feel that she too was still a part of something….that really mattered…she has been so quiet and withdrawn….anyway…if i knew how…i would post it here for you but i don’t…but we are here…in north carolina….sad and disheartened…but still hopeful and full of indignation for this assault on humanity…please include us….acknowledge us….thanks….lorraine and sue

    Dear Lorraine and Sue
Thank your for your post, your votes, your strength. I was paralyzed in August due to a treatment error, so I feel such empathy with you. Please know that there are those of us out here thinking of you and sending you strength and care and healing energy.

Dear Lorraine and Sue, Thank you for loving each other. That tells me everything I need to know about you. I added my voice just today. I’m so glad to have a way to “march” even if I can’t physically. So glad we have strong voices together.
