We need to stick together, love and support one another in times of fear and hatred. I worry about what will happen during the next 4 years, I worry about my friends and family, I worry about the lives of women, people of color, religious and cultural minorities, the poor and elderly, and my fellow LGBTQA+.
I am a disabled queer woman, forced to work 2 part time jobs to feed herself, earning much less than poverty level income, yet still unable to get affordable health insurance because of the Medicaid gap in Red States. I am afraid to come out at work or to my community because there are no laws strong enough to protect my jobs or my life if my neighbors turn on me.
