I’m Paige/Sajida. I have several disorders related to an injury sustained during military training (torn labrum as well as bursitis and uptake disorders), plus a congenital disorder called Bartalotti’s Syndrome which is my spine partially fused with my tailbone (and then related issues). Insha’Allah I’ll be having surgery soon after 6 years of waiting. I also have fibromyalgia and mental illnesses. The physical issues have me using a cane and I have to use a wheelchair for long excursions, which is why I can’t physically attend our local march tomorrow. But I’m marching here for all of those who are like me, who are majorly affected by Trump’s platform in intersectional ways.
