Morgan J. Allgood – a.k.a. Adaptagirl

I march for the rights of those who will be disenfranchised by this incoming administration: the poor, the LGBTQI community, the children, the immigrants, women, the sick, and the disabled. My heart is breaking at the changes that are taking place, at the loss that so many, myself included, are about to endure. I weep for my friends in the LGBTQI community who are scared of what is to come, the immigrants and people of color who are justifiably scared due to the hatred rekindled by Donald Trump, and the sick and disabled who fear what is going to happen with repealing the Affordable Care Act. I fear for our environment and our children under the policies of Donald Trump.

I see before us a man who bears the title of president and the demeanor of a racist, misogynistic dictator. His words, and the changes he is invoking, are reminiscent of the fascists of WWII. I will not sit quietly while this happens. I will do everything in my power to resist this monster.
