I’m Patrick. I have Spinal Muscular Atrophy. I use a ventilator and I use Augmentative and Alternative Communication to speak.
I believe it is important for our government, and especially our President, to remember and to protect the rights and well-being of all people. We all have the right to be safe from harm and ridicule. We all want equal opportunities for education, employment, healthcare, housing, transportation, and access to public places. We want to be with people we love. So, today I’m joining the virtual Disabilities’ March and the Women’s March in support of human rights.
