Zoë Godden

Because I’m queer. Because I’m femme. Because I’m neurodiverse. This presidency attacks my identity. It attacks so many people’s identities. It attacks our very existence. It tells us that we don’t belong, that the world wants rid of us, that we should be silenced. We won’t stay silent.
Together, in our numbers, we are so strong. Far stronger than most would have you believe. I truly believe that change comes from direct action, and this online march allows so many people like myself unable to attend to take part in what is a monumental stand against racism, sexism, ableism, LGBTQIAphobia, Islamaphobia, and xenophobia.
I want my friends in America to live safely and freely from discrimination. I want hate to be challenged. I want to educate the masses. We are the start of a revolution, and I won’t let any right wing fascist tell me otherwise.
