I am a 31 year old black and caucasian female. I am joining the March because I am married to an Easter seals employee who does amazing work with adults with developmental disabilities. My father retired from an adult developmental center in NJ. He helped individuals who could work, to find work. I am a Human Resource Generalist for an organization that manages care for at risk youth and youth with disabilities. I was raised to believe that every person regardless of color creed or challenges, deserves an opportunity for a life as normal as possible.
