I’m joining as a woman with many issues both physical and mental. I’m joining as a mother of a queer child (their words) and a daughter and husband who are people of color. I join as a woman who is part Hawaiian. I join as human being who believes all people are equal and that all people deserve inalienable rights, water, food, shelter, heath care, the right to be safe in their persons and belongings.
