I am a retired professor of History and Education. I have had a special commitment to teaching young women and women’s history since the 1970s and see so very much that needs to be done by and for women (and all Americans) that I wish I could join you. Particularly, politically I would like to see an open, tolerant, PROGRESSIVE agenda put forth.
Unfortunately, I cannot join in the march physically because I have MS [Multiple Sclerosis] that has left me physically challenged with problems with balance and mobility. I will be walking with you all in spirit, however, every step of the way!
