I have cystic fibrosis and while I would love to march in DC the cold weather makes it impossible.

I want to march to let people know that people with disabilities matter. Our lives are just as important as non-disabled citizens. We need the Affordable Care Act to maintain our health. We need our civil rights protected so we can fulfill our dreams by gaining an education and contributing to our communities. We need a government that sees our value and fights for our rights.

I am an attorney who has spent 25 years advocating for the rights of people with cystic fibrosis and other chronic conditions.
