In support of my sisters in America who are appalled at the division and swing to the extremes of politics, in rejection of Donald Trump’s intolerance, populism and hatred, and because my disability prevents me from attending the sister march in Edinburgh today.

America has been slowly moving in a direction of equality for all – no matter what race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, health status, etc. As a disabled woman, I deeply fear that the current administration will move us away from this positive direction, and will minimize the rights and benefits of so many Americans.
