Our newest president has neglected to take into consideration the needs of the disabled population. Unfortunately we are an easily forgotten minority group and it is time that our wellbeing is taken seriously and addressed directly by the people in Washington.

I’m a 26 year old, professional patient. I’ve had well over 100 surgeries so far with many more to come. I have more than a dozen separate diagnoses and typically have 3-4 appoinments/treatments per week. I utilize a  service dog (Forest) who is able to help with daily tasks, mobility, and alerting to my cardiac condition.
