I am a Senior Citizen of the United States of America. I am a strong woman with 85 years of life experience and aquired wisdom. I stand for the principles of Life, Liberty, Equality and the Pursuit of Happiness.

If I could walk more than 1/2 a block (osteoarthritis, gout, diminishing bones in both feet) I’d be putting myself on the spot to protest the horrors of the upcoming Presidency, Cabinet, Congress and Court. They are not “for the people”. They are about to deprive and punish every citizen for being Americans. They act against the precepts of our very Constitution of the United States of America and the Bill of Rights. With federal power in their hands will hurt our Democracy, our Freedoms beyond belief. Trump announced that he’ll get rid of the National Endowment for the Arts. There goes culture. There will be nothing left of our hard won heritage as Americans.
This new administration will set justice aside and perpetrate hateful crimes against the citizens of our country including women. Women make up half of the population. Women are the necessary balance in a civilized society. This is the 21st century turning back into the Dark Ages if we as a Nation don’t act now to continue to evolve, grow, think and design for now and a peaceful constructive future.
That’s what I’ll do a virtual march for – for freedom, peace and the future of America and of the world.
