I want to march because I’m a woman. Because I’m queer. Because I’m chronically ill.

I want to march because this administration seems to detest all those things. They’re setting a dangerous precedent with their hateful rhetoric and threats to laws and programs that exist to protect the country including, and sometimes especially, people like me.

I want to march because I have absolutely no plans to stand by quietly while they work to take our futures away.
