Do not believe that Trump is qualified to be president and afraid he will take away the many rights we have fought for before.  I protested against the Vietnam War, women’s reproductive rights, and nuclear proliferation.  I have seen that protesting works if enough people participate.  For me, this march is just the beginning of many of us fighting for our lives.  As an artist I am especially concerned with the possibility of absolutely no support from the government, and that the CPB will be privatized, NEH and NEA abolished.

Bridget is a Full Professor of Television, Film and Media Studies at California State University Los Angeles. Producer/director/educator Bridget Murnane is known for her creative media treatments of dance, as well as experimental and narrative projects. She was the Associate Producer on Mia a dancer’s journey which won a 2015  LA Emmy for Arts, Culture and History.
