After reading through all of these thoughtful entries I realize how much we have in common. And there’s a lot of strength and comfort in that realization. No matter what our disability, or sex or race, we are all people. And as people who happen to be lucky enough to live in America, we are free to express our support or our displeasure with our government. Let’s continue to fight for women’s reproductive rights, for healthcare for all people, for voting rights for people of all races, against homelessness and, maybe most importantly, let’s fight to protect our planet.
